What is the lease term for apartments at The Reserve at Northgate?

Our standard lease terms are 12 months, but we also offer shorter and longer terms based on availability and individual needs.

Utilities are not included in the rent and are billed separately. However, water, sewer, and trash services are often included. Please check your lease agreement for specifics.
